Team Canada Olympic Mens Team Management Announced

Hockey Canada has announced the management team for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China.

Shane Doan will be the General Manager and Claude Julien as the Head Coach for the mens hockey team.

 Joining Shane Doan is Scott Salmon as the Assistant GM and VP of Hockey Operations, as well as Blair MacKasey as Director of Player Personal.

 Joining Claude Julien behind the bench is Nolan Baumgartner, Jeremy Colliton and Tyler Dietrich.

Julien last coached in the NHL for Montreal Canadians from 2017-2021 leading them to a Stanley Cup finals apperance last year.

Nolan Baumgartner had spent the last four seasons as an assistant coach for the Vancouver Canucks.

Colliton's most recent NHL job was Head Coach for the Chicago Blackhawks from 2018-2021

Canada plays their first preliminary game on February 10th vs. Germany, they will also play USA and China in the preliminary rounds.
